Somehow black is dominating my current wardrobe. It's either black or white, but spring is just around the corner and my pastelheart is kind of blossoming again...kinda. It's odd, since in Ecuador we don't have the four seasons, and we dont certainly have springtime, which is kind of a let-down. Clearly I wasn't able to shoot anything because studying and The Carrie Diaries have taken an 85% of my time, and what's left is dedicated to....eating, and sleeping. But, Polyvore is NEVER a bad idea, so here goes some inspo. I called this set "Daisies to the Core", because floral print sounds like spring and somewhere between wanting it to be summer all-year long and wanting it to be always gray and rainy; daisies always takeover...and let's be real, you can never go wrong with some black sunnies, black skinnies, black hat and white converse. And to top it off, red lipstick.
De alguna manera el negro está dominando mi closet. Siempre es o blanco o negro, pero la primavera está a la vuelta de la esquina y mi pastelheart ya casi está floreciendo... un poco. Es extraño, porque en Ecuador no tenemos las cuatro estaciones del año, y nosotros no disfrutamos de la primavera, aunque no me quejo del clima. Obviamente no tuve tiempo para salir y tomar fotos de algún look nuevo porque estudiar y The Carrie Diaries han tomado un 85% de mi tiempo, y lo que queda es para... comer y dormir. Pero, Polyvore NUNCA es una mala idea, así que aquí va un poco de inspiration. Llamé a este conjunto "Daisies To The Core", porque primavera suena a floral print y en algún lugar entre el deseo de que sea verano todo el año y querer que sea siempre gris y lluvioso; las flores siempre están ahí para conmocionar algún look ... y seamos realistas, you can never go wrong con unas gafas negras, jeans negros, sombrero negro y converse blanco. Y, sin dejar a un lado el lápiz labial rojo..
